Good morning.

I have a problem with a flow in which once a month and for each record in a table, I have to send a form (adaptive card) that is dynamic (that is, the data can change).
My first intention was to make a flow in which for each registration, I would form the card and send it, waiting for the response. This does not work.
I have seen that it can be sent (without waiting for the response). The problem is that for the reception flow, I have to put the json of the waiting card and since it can be dynamic, it doesn't work for me either.
I have tried sending the card to email but this requires my organization to allow me to do so.

Do you know any other way to do it?
