Configure Chunk size on 'Send an HTTP request' connector issue

When I try to configure 'Chunk Size' (in Settings/Networking/Content Transfer) on the 'send an HTTP request' connector, I'm supposed to be able to define some value in MB, ie 50.  In code view I'll see
"runtimeConfiguration": {
    "contentTransfer": {
      "downloadChunkSizeInMB": 50
    }

However, when I try to save my flow i get an error: We ran into an error while validating your flow. Please try again. (Correlation ID:

Is there something missing, or is this part of the connector a bug, ie 'not working', or does something else need to be present for it to work - could it be a licensing issue
Can't find any working examples
Even CoPilot comes up empty handed :-)

    Did you remember to turn Chunking On? I know you set the value but is it on?

    Hi FLMike

    Thanks for the suggestions, but I have been looking high and low to find if I was missing something like that.
    Settings look like this in the New designer - I don't see any option to turn on chunking (but I can see that the 'Chunk size' field is not present in the old designer
    And it looks like this in the old Designer
