Blank screen on admin portal

Hi team,
Are there restrictions on developer program subscriptions?
It is not opening the admin center, in any browser, any mode, or any URL (like /environments).
in the best case if you open the make.poweraps.com, and open Help > Support, you can see a disconnection error, otherwise it is just a white pure blank screen.

    Ok, that was interesting, EVERYTHING even API access, PowerShell, maker portal, etc. were working except the admin portal.
    Then I disconnected the VPN and restarted the machine! Magic happened!
