Populate a word template Help

I have a flow that bring fields in from ms forms and populates a word document using plain text controls.

Some fields are always filled in/required and some aren't so what I'm finding is when I complete the form and leave a field blank I doesn't put anything on the document, which is all good but then when I complete the form again and want to put something in that field when it goes to populate the word document its still leaving it blank because there was nothing in from the last submission.

I do hope this makes sense because its very frustrating so any help is much appreciated.

Hi @Ben27,

I assume that you didn't create a .docx file after the Populate a Microsoft Word Template, you should create a .docx file to store the content appended into the template by using the output of the previous action, for example:
