2I'm new to creating flows, and I'm not really sure where to start for my Microsoft form. I'm looking to have an approver assigned based on the answer to a multiple choice question with 90 options, where respondent selects their current location. Then if it is approved, I need the form response to be emailed to two other people else based on the answer to a different multiple choice question with 90 options where they select the location they want to go to. I'd like to have the list of emails for the approvers easily editable using SharePoint or another app, as they will change frequently and need to be updated.
In the scenario where they chose Location #15 for question 1, and location #67 for question 2:
1. Form Response Submitted
2. Approval sent to Approver 15
3a. If approved - Form response emailed to Contact 67A and Contact 67B.
3b. If denied - Notify the respondent that they were denied
I'm hoping this is possible, any help is greatly appreciated! (And screenshots would be a life saver.)
