Hi people,

I'm a student and actualy work in an entreprise as trainee,

I have to create a sharepoint server on office 365,
Sub-sites are created, librarys and views too,
But now I have to create a workflow that send an emil to a groupe or a personne whenever a file is uploaded or created.
That email juste warn them that a new file has been created.

Then, they can deside if they want it to be approved or reject,
The user who created the file is warn by an email for the final approval status of his file.
Beside : Approvers are different according to the library ! (I identify them in their library with a sharepoint groupe => approvers)

Thx guys 🙂

PS : Sorry for bad english

    Hi @Anonymous ,

I am not sure where you said the group and person emails are available. Could you provide more explanation?

"Beside: Approvers are different according to the library ! (I identify them in their library with a sharepoint groupe => approvers)"

If you want to get the members of the specified Group and use them as Approver, you could use the following method:

Use variable to store the member's email, then configure the variable in Assigned to field.

Please take a try and feel free let me know if you have any question.

    Best Regards,
