If you want to do this I would either use a Copilot Agent, or an Ai Builder Prompt. That is your best bet.
Where you write a prompt, telling it that you will input 2 files and you want to compare text/paragraph 2 to text/paragraph 1 and you want an output in the format you described.
Doing it with just pure Power Automate, there is no specific compare
then use the output from that AI Builder Prompt
