Send text as hardware keys feature in Send Keys not working?

I have recently updated Power Automate Desktop to version 2.61.00148.25282 and now texts are not sent as hardware keys even if the toggle is ON.

First, I thought it was problem with the app I’m using, however the key works using the pydirectinput python module.

Are there any workarounds?

It does seem like in this newest version of PAD 2.61.00148.25282 Send keys -action with "Send Text as hardware keys" toggled ON will always also press shift even though its not added to the "Text to send".

I tested with this site that records key presses: https://www.ratatype.com/keyboard-test/
And also I tested Ctrl + W (which would be {Control}(W) in PADs Send keys syntax) which should close one tab on a browser but it closes the whole window so like pressing Ctrl + Shift + W

Only fix I can think of is either downgrade back to a version where the send keys worked normally: https://github.com/jfevia/Power-Automate-Desktop/releases
Or create a script that does the Send keys -actions. So maybe with Run PowerShell script like this:
Add-Type -AssemblyName System.Windows.Forms [System.Windows.Forms.SendKeys]::SendWait('^a')

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to downgrade or get the PowerShell script to work.

For those of you who are interested, as of version 2.63.00163.25342, this issue still has not been resolved.
