I did a test for you.

This test is based on the premise that the column names and values of the excel table have no special characters.(e.g. : , " )

split(replace(replace(replace(string(removeProperty(removeProperty(json(replace(string(outputs('List_rows_present_in_a_table')?['body/value'][0]),'@odata.etag','odataetag')),'odataetag'),'ItemInternalId')),'"',''),'{',''),'}',''),',')
substring(items('Apply_to_each'),0,indexOf(items('Apply_to_each'),':'))
