Authoring canvas error: Something Went Wrong Please try again or refresh your browser reload

Hi,

I've found a bug. Every time I open this topic, I get the same error screen. I've cleared all of my cache and browsing history, fully signed out of office 365, restarted my computer - still get the same error. I've accessed via teams, and I've accessed via teams online - same error.

This topic took 4 hours to write. I'm launching it today. I will need to recreate it, I'm assuming. This is really unfortunate.

The error message popped up while I was saving the canvas, and I believe it saved the error, and now I will never be able to get back to the canvas without recreating it, unless magically some beautiful minds from Microsoft take pity on me and resolve the bug.

Thanks,
Karen

To add, this error screen prevents me from accessing the author canvas, and I have no way of clearing the author canvas.

I have also tried having someone else access the topic, running topic checker from another topic into this one - and I still get this error screen when I try to open the author canvas for this topic.

    Hi @agentpurpletie ,

    Did you solve your issue?

If no, I recommend you to open a ticket inside the Microsoft support, they can investigate internally your topic issue: http://powervirtualagents.microsoft.com/en-us/support
