Sharepoint Createfile and Updatefile do not find a new Library

Hello I created a new file Library 

https://mycompanyname.sharepoint.com/teams/a922ea75/GembaAppHouston/Gmb10 PictureLibrary2/Forms/AllItems.aspx

the Library is not presented in the dropdown options and if I try to input the name as a custom value like "/Gmb10 PictureLibrary2" it raise an error.

Another Library, previously created is visible.

I saved, closed and reopened Power Automate. nothing. The new Library is still not visible.
