Hello everybody,

I have created a parallel approval flow with multiple dynamic approvers (10 persons).

1. In my flow I use: "Create an approval" and "Wait for an approval".

2. The approvers are stored in SharePoint in a list

3. For checking the approver's availability I use also "Get mail tips for a mailbox"

1. does it exist a possibility to remove the approver who is out-of-office (without using a premium action)

2. If it is not possible to remove the approver, how can I ignore this and let the flow working? I don't need to reassign the flow.

Any idea is more than welcome!
