Internal server error when creating SAP connection from app launch screen

Hi,

We have started getting error below when creating connection from app launch screen:

Encountered internal server error. The correlation Id is '7121e5b6-4f15-46b1-89ac-e69cf4dcd8cf'.

Session ID: aebceebd-2c7f-48b2-a0cb-04254d4172ec

This happens to multiple users on 2 different apps.

We can still create connection from environment connections page.

Can you please look into this?
