39Solution, as stated by @Albert70 with additional steps that finally fixes for me
you end up with PAD 2.27.177.22340 Firefox PAD extension 2.27.0.4 Edge and Chrome PAD Extension 2.27.0.2
Uninstall power automate
remove PAD Extensions from all from browsers
Restart pc
Install PAD, but using the .msi from this url https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/desktop-flows/install
restart pc
go to browser(s) re install the extension
only when did all above in sequence did it finally work for me
