When an event is added, updated or deleted (V3)" trigger is sending multiple emails when adding or updating an event.

I am using the "When an event is added, updated or deleted (V3)" trigger to send an email notification for events that are added or updated. For some reason it will send out about 4 to 5 emails for a new event or update. Doesn't happen when an event is deleted. Any way to get it to send only one email? I've tried setting conditions but it doesn't seem to work.

    Hi @ddas

Have a look on other flows where you have any updates on the events. This could be the reason. Your current flow looks good to me.

    Thanks

It only seems to happen with that trigger. If I create triggers with just Adding or updating an event it works fine. You can test it yourself with the trigger I'm having problems with. The issue with the trigger seems to be a known issue from what I have searched online but I couldn't seem to find a solution.

    Hi @ddas

I just tested the creation and modification. It did worked as expected.

The first one is the event creation and the second one is the modification of the event.

    Thanks

Thanks for testing and I appreciate that you took the time. I tested it with my account and it works as intended as well. The only thing I can think of is that the calendar that is being monitored is a room calendar and the account with the automation is delegating the account. That's the only difference I can see.

    Hi @ddas

    Is this a shared calendar?

    Thanks

Yes and a room in resources. One other thing. I have been playing around with conditions and the added condition works fine but when I add the updated condition it runs 4 times and sends 4 emails. Below is a screenshot.
