I have created a Microsoft form with 10 questions. This single form needs to be completed by multiple colleagues within the organisation. How can I obtain this?
I have linked this Microsoft flow to Sharepoint list, but how can I send this to another colleague and show them responses from previous colleague and thereby getting them to fill in the form.
Once the form is answered, you can trigger a flow and know who filled it.
In order to allow the other people to see the result, either you have to give them the "admin" role on the form so they can see result or you need to store the answers in your SP list and show it to them besides the form.
