Power Automate Desktop Keeps Requesting Update

Hi,

I keep getting update request in my Power Automate Desktop. It was once a month, but now it gradually becomes once a week or two, and it's ruining my run. And if I chose to ignore the update, it will then give me a prompt that says I can't run it because it's built on the older version.

Is there a way to stop or pause this?

Thanks!

Power Automate Desktop will generally receive an update to a new version once a month. But recently MS has also been releasing 2-3 minor hotfix updates for each version. That's why we get them pretty much weekly.

You can usually opt out from this by unchecking the "Show update notifications" under Settings:

Ignoring minor updates will not make your flow stop working. But if you use several machines and update PAD on one of them, this will upgrade your flows and they might stop working on other machines. So, if you want to ignore updates, you need to ignore them on all of your machines, and update all of them at the same time.
