Hello,

Would someone advise me about searching in the gallery?

I get a delegation warning

If(IsBlank(txtSearch.Text),'xxx-RMA',Filter('xxx-RMA', txtSearch.Text in Status.Value Or txtSearch.Text in 'RMA No.' Or txtSearch.Text in 'Client No.'))

Thanks in Advance

    Hi @Setayesh2 ,

    The in Filter is not Delegable - if you use StartsWith() as below it Delegable, but in and Search are not.

    Filter(
     'xxx-RMA',
     StartsWith(
     Status.Value,
     txtSearch.Text
     ) ||
     StartsWith(
     'RMA No.',
     txtSearch.Text
     ) ||
     StartsWith(
     'Client No.',
     txtSearch.Text
     )
    )

    Also make the Default of your Text Box "" (empty string)

    Hey @Setayesh2

    Search is not a delegable function thats why you are getting delegable warning in your app. You should use either a combination of filter and search or startswith and search.

    @Setayesh2 ,
    Actually, that is correct - Choice/Lookup columns cannot be filtered in a Delegable manner other than with Equals =. You can use StartsWith on the other two, but I suggest you convert it to Text and do the Choices in Power Apps (as I always do).
