Additonal content in the email

Hi There,

I have just came across an issue where the form and flow i have created brings in an unusal additional content in the email. I have checked both forms and flow and i cannot trace this down to get it removed.

For Example:

In the form i have the section known as Cost Types and when user makes a selection of Marketing Costs from an Active Project and submits, end user receives an email with an additional alphabets "Marketing Costs\A0 (Legal Entity 1005 "between marketing costs and legal entity, see below:

MS FLOW (Html content within send an email V2):

EMAIL:

I am guessing "\A0" as highlighted in the above snippet, is it something to do with the picture added to the form in the cost types area. I may be wrong but is there a way to eliminate this from being send to an email or i need to remove the images from all cost types section

@YanZZah above send email action, can you add compose action in your flow and assign it the Cost Type from dynamic content to see if you are getting \A0 from the form or it is something related to Send Email content.

the compose action still ends up binging in the \A0 in the email, didnt get rid of it completely
odd thing is other cost types are working fine with no \A0 added content in the email, see below:

Developers costs selection:
whereas on Marketing cost selection:
form doesnt have any error or value i can find that refers to \A0
no content found in the HTML even in the flow:
not really sure how its appearing?

@YanZZah did you copy paste values into form, if you can try typing in the cost value in the form that has \A0, and try running the flow again?

@Anna i have tried that option of typing in the details when this issue was encountered, thought may be the copy data might have brought in the odd record/value

will re-check again today and will let you know
