ArcGIS Enterprise connector failures

Power Automate for Office 365 for Government user with Power Automate Premium for Government license.  After Setting up an ArcGIS enterprise connection to our ArcGIS Enterprise site.  I am able to create a flow that uses the trigger "when a record is created in a feature layer" I am able to choose my hosted feature layer from the drop down list of the trigger in designer and add an activity to send an email to myself with a simple message.  After saving and attempting to test the flow by adding a record to the feature layer the test does not complete but power automate reports that there is a problem that needs to be fixed. Checking the flow with the flow checker reports that there is a problem with the trigger.  The error reported in the trigger is "There was an error with the API process. Check your connection and try again.: undefined".  I was able to inspect the feature service and notice that the corresponding webhook on the feature service was not created.  Does anyone have any insight into why this API process error is occurring? I have opened a support case with ESRI but so far that has not got me very far.  Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in Advance

I finally realized that in order for power automate to create the web hook on the feature layer, administrative access to the ArcGIS server via the web adapter was required.  After configuring the web adapter for the server hosting the feature layer I was able to get the trigger issue to resolve and once set up I was able to disable administrative access via the web adapter.  Not an ideal situation but it keeps me moving forward.
