Hello everyone,

I am currently working with Microsoft Power Automate Desktop and am exploring logging options. I would like to know if it's possible to configure the logging settings so that all logs are stored only on the local machine, rather than being sent to the cloud. My objective is to ensure all log data remains on-premises for security and compliance reasons. Any guidance or insights on how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated.

The only way not to log stuff on the cloud is to set each of your variables as "sensitive" by right-clicking each of them in the designer and selecting "Mark as sensitive". This will prevent variable values from being logged to the cloud. But you need to do this individually on each variable in each of your flows. No other way.

As to actually having some logs locally, there is no native framework in PAD for logging at all. If you want to create runtime logs, you need to build a functionality to do it. You can log to databases, local files or whatever, but you'll need to create it yourself.
