Hi community,

Hope you're doing well,

I have an issue with the "Add tabs for a recipient on an envelope" Docusing connector.

I have a PowerAutomate flow that get responses of a MicrosofForms and after that a Word Template is filled with the responses of it, then I create the word document on a Sharepoint Library and after that I want to create an envelope on Docusing and attach that Word document.

The document has 2 values insides backslashes representing the anchor tab string for signature and name of the signer "\firma\ and \nombre\". But when I get to "Add tabs for a recipient on an envelope" connector appears the following message:

The specified Anchor Tab string was not found in the document. Anchor Tab String "\firma\" not found.

These are the tab strings in the document generated.

I have tried to change the name of these strings, but it didn't work.

Can anyone help me?

    Hi,

you can try the following steps:

Ensure that the tab anchor string in the “Add tabs for a recipient on an envelope”
action matches exactly with the anchor string in the source document.
Check if the document has been modified or corrupted in any way that could cause the anchor string
    to be lost or changed.
Check if the document has been saved in a different format that could cause the anchor string to be
    lost or changed.
Try using a different anchor string for the tabs, and see if that resolves the issue.

    Thank you @DarmonGill.

The issue was that I need to use the Base64 expression to the body of the "Get file content using path" step.
