Here is my question,

I need to create a report to show all outstanding Approvals that have been sent using Power Automate from all environments. I am aware that there is an Approval section in Power Automate, however I have been tasked to create a report that looks across all of our Power Platform Environments and provides a report of these outstanding approvals.

Is this even possible?

Any direction would be appreciated.
