Hi,
I am trying to figure out how I can send an email with the same name of the user who fills the form inside my organization,
if another person fills the form inside my organization I want the email to be under his/her name not with the user 804@m.. as it shows in the photo ...please let me know if you want to understand anything else
You need send an email on behalf permissions for that email account.

Let's suppose your address is msn@contoso.com and user's address is user1@contoso.com.
Can you send as user1@contoso.com when you logged in Outlook (OWA) as msn@contoso.com ?
thanks, @VictorIvanidze,
I try it but still when the form submitted they get my email address as the sender
do I have to add the users in the group or share the flow with the users!
Hi @msn,
in fact "Send an email (V2)" action has the field "From (Send as)".
You have to assign "Send as/Send on behalf" right to account you are using as connection.
@Brad_Groux, I'm sorry but your statement "Send an email connector is limited to those users with whom you have authenticated manually via the Data > Connections section of your Power Automate profile" is incorrect.
This is not possible. The Send an email connector is limited to those users with whom you have authenticated manually via the Data > Connections section of your Power Automate profile.
If this is functionality you would like to see added to Flow, a Flow Connector, or a Flow Template, please consider submitting it to the Flow Ideas page, where it can be voted on by other users, and tracked and commented on by the Flow team.
You can however send an email on behalf, but you need permissions to do so.
