Adobe Sign connector in Power Automate

Hello - I use Adobe Sign connector in Power Automate to send a document for eSignatures. I'm able to collect a signature without a sign date (see attached). Is there a way for me to collect a signature with a sign date in Adobe Sign connector (see attached)? Thanks.

    I found out a solution by adding Adobe a text tag to a word template.
