Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I read some topics in the forum and online that indicates that using the topics in PVA is similar as the functionality of the QnA Maker. For those that used both solutions, is that an accurate statement? I understand that QnA has a self-learning feature for responding based even on alterations on the questions. Has PVA the same level of "intelligence" for self-learning once there is a good history of QAs?
