Issues with Get Mail Tips for A Mailbox

I'm building a flow to identify out of office users.  The problem I'm having is that a single user keeps coming up as Out of Office even though they're not.  In looking at the data, I realized that there is something unique with this particular user.  When I run Get Mail Tips, every user comes out formatted like this, except for the one (important parts highlighted):

{
    "mailboxFull"false,
    "externalMemberCount"0,
    "totalMemberCount"1,
    "deliveryRestricted"false,
    "isModerated"false,
    "maxMessageSize"157286400,
    "emailAddress": {
      "name""",
      "address""aaaaaaa@mycompany.com"
    },
    "automaticReplies": {
      "message"""
    }

However, the one user who keeps coming up as OOO, their data looks like this:
{
    "mailboxFull"false,
    "externalMemberCount"0,
    "totalMemberCount"1,
    "deliveryRestricted"false,
    "isModerated"false,
    "maxMessageSize"157286400,
    "emailAddress": {
      "name""",
      "address""bbbbbb@mycompany.com"
    },
    "automaticReplies": {}
  }

So, when I filter out blank OOO messages ( where "AutomaticReplies/Message" = blank), this user keeps coming out as Out Of Office because there is no "Message:" line.  We've tried to fix this applying and removing their Out of Office notice to no avail.  Anyone know what's going on here?

    Can you check with the user to see if they have configured to never show mail tips:

    Try Adding a Coalesce() around the use of Message so you get a blank message when the Message is reported as null. I use something like this
    coalesce(first(body('Get_mail_tips_for_a_mailbox_(V2)')?['value'])?['automaticReplies']?['message'],'')

    As David_MA says it may be because of their settings or just that they have never used the Out of Office Message in the past.

    MailTips for that user is set correctly.  We tried disabling and then re-enabling but that didn't work.  Also, they use OOO notices frequently.

    Coalesce may have worked, It seems to have eliminated that user but I'll do more testing.  Thanks!
