Hey Everyone! I have a question regarding sequential approvals:
Here’s what I’m trying to achieve:
- After the first approver approves, I’d like to record the approval time and the approver’s name in a Word document, then send this updated document to the next approver.
- When the second approver receives the document and approves, I want to again update the document, now including both the first and second approvers' details, before sending it to the next approver.
- This process would repeat until the final approver, who approves and finalizes the document.
My question is: Is it possible in Power Automate to perform specific actions after each individual approval response in a sequential approval, or are actions only possible after all approvers have responded?
