Looks like there is some work going on, on the PowerApps department. When i open PA Web, i see that it is linked to my Azure account, this is not what i want. Yesterday it was still linked to my O365 account. When i do a PA Web edit it is linked to my O365 account this is ok. When i try to open a file which was edited and saved in the PA Web it cannot be opened in the PA Studio because there is a version difference in the PA Web and the PA Studio, so PA Studio update is coming!!

When you open your PoserApps on web, is it automatically linked to your Azure Account? Maybe you need to change the sign in account to your Office 365 account manualy.
What is your PowerApps version? I have seen the version of my PowerApps is 2.0.531. And I create and save an App on web, then try to open it on PowerApps studio, it can be opened and edited.
