Hi,

Is it possible to get Other People Outlook calendar Scheduled meeting?

Am using following formula,
ClearCollect(demo,Office365Outlook.FindMeetingTimesV2({RequiredAttendees:"user@user.com",Start:"8/8/2021 5:00 PM",End:"8/8/2021 5:10 PM"}));

But its always return Organizer unavailable in collection.

How to find the given user's Scheduled meetings?

Thanks,

Dhinesh

    Hi @Dhinesh28R ,

    Please check the time which you are giving in UTC is correct is as per your local timezone.

    One more thing you should check if the recipient the work hours if the time added in the funtion does not falls under the work hours set for the user in outlook it won't return data. So consider checking and the local time and work hours of the recipient.

    If you add today's date for most of the cases Sunday and Saturday are not considered as work day in outlook and it wont return any record for todays date

    Hi,

    This is the Following formula am selecting date and time,

    DateTimeValue(
    DatePicker1_2.SelectedDate & " " & Time(
    Value(Dropdown1_2.Selected.Value),
    Value(Dropdown2_2.Selected.Value),
    Value(Dropdown3_2.SelectedText.Value),
    0
    )
    )

    But it's Always shows AM. For ex if i select 09/08/2021 12.00PM it shows as 09/08/2021 12.00AM.

    Value(Dropdown3_2.SelectedText.Value) .This is a AM/PM Dropdown.

    How to resolve this UTC issue?

    Thanks,

    Dhinesh

    @Dhinesh28R

    If you are using datepicker for selecting date below formula might help you.

    Start: Text(DateAdd(DatePicker2.SelectedDate,TimeZoneOffset(),Minutes),UTC)

    @Dhinesh28R ,

    Create a collection with Hours for Start time and End time then you can modify the formula like given below.

    Start: Text(DateAdd(DatePicker1.SelectedDate,MeetingStartRange.SelectedText.Minutes, Minutes), UTC)

    You  will get details about MeetingStartRange.SelectedText.Minutes below
