Hello All,

I would like to send multiple text messages with Twilio.

Currently I can only put one phone number under ( to phone number).

I tried to put a comma, semicolon, and others but I am not successful.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Are you using Twilio action Send Text Message (SMS)?

It seems that currently only one phone number is supported. If you would like to put multiple phone numbers in the To Phone Number field, please feel free submit a request at here:

    https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Flow-Ideas/idb-p/FlowIdeas

I will suggest other customers who have the same request vote your idea as well.

    Best regards,

    Mabel

Flow.PNG                                                                                                So this is how I was able to send multiple text messages.

Using Excel Online or Google Sheets. With Excel Online you need to add a Microsoft Flow add-in. In Excel click on Insert/Office Add in. Create a table in Excel with 2 columns Name and Number. In Flow: add your trigger, Excel (List Rows Present in Table), then Twilio action. This will create the (Apply to each) with the Twilio inside. Put the column Number for: TO PHONE NUMBER. Insert name column to add in the names. This will send a text to the Name associated to the number.

    Hope this helps someone.

I got the idea from this link:  https://www.howtoexcel.org/microsoft-flow/sending-sms-text-messages/

Here's another method that doesn't require an Excel connection.

    • Create an array type variable.

    • Pass each of the 'To:' phone numbers into the array using the 'Append to array variable' action. This can either be done one at a time or in a loop if the numbers are stored in a list.

    • Use an 'Apply to each' action to loop with the '

      Send Text Message (SMS) action.
