How do I send different emails depending on response in Microsoft Forms?

Hi there,

I've just created a form in Microsoft Forms and am having difficulty setting up automatic emails. I want to send one of three different emails depending on the response to one question on the form. That question has three different responses to choose from, with email corresponding to one of the responses of the form.

Can anyone help please? I've spent the last two hours watching videos on YouTube and looking through this forum but can't find out the answer to this question. Many thanks in advance.

    Hi @bluntsy ,

The below should get you started.   You can extend it a bit further by having the responses in a SharePoint list if you want to be able edit it without editing the flow.

    1. MS Form with Choice Question

    2) Create a flow with a MS forms trigger and a switch statement.

    Hi Eric,

All of a sudden I am no longer receiving test emails to my account. I get the notification emails, but not the auto-emails. Can you please advise?

    Hi @bluntsy ,

Can you clarify what you mean?

Please share a screenshot of your flow and run history.   Is is successfully executing the actions?

    Hi Eric,

I've created the form so that if one of three responses is selected in response to one particular question, an email will be sent to the person who completed the form (they also submit their email address on the form). This was working fine up until an hour or so ago.

Please see run history and flow below:

Hi Eric-Cheng Hope you are doing fine. Just found your suggestion but it seems I am doing something wrong.

My Choice question is the email from the Regional Director in charge to approve the request.

Sales people can select more than one if multiple projects are involved

    I created the flow:

    romovaro_1-1693836711375.png

And created a Case for every option.

Case equals Chantal.....send an email (V2)....

    Case1 equals Manny....send an email (V2)2....

    etc.

but all the time the flow goes to the last case (default = In case no contains a matching value)....

    Any suggestion?

    Thanks,
