Can power page connect with On Premises DB like Oracle or SQL or MongoDB. Or just Dataverse is the only option in it.

as you can set up your code for each page you could use your APIs for oracle and SQL.
It will take some time for configuration but should work in the end.
We decided to mirror specific from oracle into dataverse in combination with oracle procedures.
Usually depending on what you have to do dataverse would be the first choice as Power Pages are build upon that.
