I have a Power App that is being used to create a Work Order form.

I am able to submit all data collected in Power Apps to a SharePoint list.

SharePoint list -

I have created a Power Automate flow that populate a Word template with data from the SharePoint list.

Template action of flow -

Not all of the data is appearing in the Word work order template document. What am I missing?

You have not provided enough information to answer why it is not populating, but it appears that you are trying to populate a table in the Word template. If so, review this tutorial and you'll probably discover what you did wrong: https://youtu.be/-MFpKx5QdrY?si=mdRh3RtCMphJnySl

The most obvious thing is that the field names in your SharePoint list do not seem to correspond to what you are populating in the Word template. I don't see a field in your SharePoint list that begins with Component. And if the last image is of your Word document, I don't see that you have a field named Notes in the populate Word template action or in the SharePoint list.

    Thank you for the video.

It is starting to make some sense.

I have updated the Word template, given the input unique names, and created an array for Power Automate.

I now have a 'When an Item is Created' flow with an array.

However, only the last item entered into the SharePoint list is being added to the array, and everything associated with
'Component' array in the Word template is coming back null, even though the data is in the SharePoint list.

It is as if the flow is only seeing the last item added to the SharePoint list, when all of the items were added to the list at
    the same time.

To figure out why only the last item is being added to the Word template, you will need to show more of your flow and how you are getting the data and combining it to fill it in one Word document.
