Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

Hello friends, I am new to PowerApps. I am stuck in 2 major issues
1) I have an MS form where users can answer the quiz and I want their quiz marks to include in Dataverse, I already have a column in my table for total points. Is there any way to get those marks??

2) I have a choice column in my model driven where use select the department for recruitment. but when i pass this choice column in power automate, it shows me value instead of label, I already tried output trigger and made my choice column local but can't get label, how can I do this?
