I have over flows that used to run with no issue, lately I'm getting the response that 'ALERT - Your operation has been throttled' Looks like your flow's operation is hitting an action limit.....
 
 
Can someone explain this or provide a solution please?

    Try deleting the Send an email notification (V3) action and use the Outlook send email (v2) action instead.

    Hi, I'm not sure how to respond to comments that were posted to my OG question, thanks David
    I tried using Outlook V2 to send and automated email instead of 'email V3', however the system couldn't recognise my work account?

    You most likely added the Outlook online action instead of the Outlook for Office 365. You want this one:
