Inserting Text into Lookup Field

I have two lists one lists job positions with the hiring manager's contact info one lists job applications (internal) So if an employee submits a job application (ms forms) and enters in the job title in the text field. I would like the flow to take the text from the job title text field and insert it into the look up column from the job positions list to automatically pull in the manager's info. I tried to compose the job title but the job position look up field expects an integer. Is there a way around this? Thank you

    Hi @honganhuynh1 ,

The number is the ID of the item.

So we can lookup the certain item with the text from the job title text and get the ID number.

If you want to populator the testlookup field with 'Job2', please try this:

    outputs('Get_items')?['body/value']?[0]?['ID']

    Best Regards,

Hey there, I just tested this out a bit more and seems not to work.
This is what i'm putting inside the Look up field and it only ever matches to the first job posting.

    outputs('Get_items')?['body/value']?[0]['ID']

    i.e

    ID         Job Posting

    1          Tech Director

    2           IT Consultant

If user enters IT Consultant in the micorsoft forms, it always pulls Tech Director. Am i doing something wrong?
