Hi all,

I need to build a flow for below purpose:

1) When email come in to my mail box (with specific email subject), save the attachment and create file to SharePoint.

2) For email with specific recipient (To), ie: if "To" contain you_2001hk@xxx.com or GabrielSulistio@xxx.com.

I don't need to save the attachment and only need a email notification.

I have created below flow and it can create file to SharePoint, but the 2) condition is not work.

May I know how can I achieve it? Thanks.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Do you want to check whether the specified email is contained in To?

Could you please tell me whether to create file when to contains both special and non-special emails?

If create file in this case, your method is feasible.

If not, I have a test for your reference, please try the following workaround.

    Thanks.

As email is coming multiple times with different data, but with the same email subject (no different email subject due to system limitation)

What I have done is sending different data to different user, that why I need to use "To" to decide which email data to create.

For specific user account is included in "To", I need to ignore that email and just sending an email notification.

Thanks. It is working well now.

But it seems the speed is a little bit slow.

The email come in around 4:05pm, but I can receive the email notification around 4:20PM.

    Anyways, thanks for your help
