Hi Everyone,

When I tried to create a new flow in my desktop app, for instance below:
The system will load it, but then afterwards, it will disappear from My Flows tab. I also cannot find the flow in Shared with me section. Does anyone know what is causing this issue and how to resolve it? This issue doesn't happen in the web version of Power Automate....
Thank you

    Solution:

    • Close all the Application in your System and Restart your Machine
    • Update the Power Automate to the Latest version.
    • check the Environment that which Environment are you using
    To check environment:

Click on the Environment Tab on the Homepage of Power Automate Desktop.

    Hi Sayan,

    Thank you for your response.

    I have restarted the PC
Use the latest version of Power Automate

But both doesn't help to resolve the issue.

For the environment, I only have my office environment without any other choice. How does the environment affect my flows?

Hi @RG-08081007-0 I hope you are doing well.

It sounds like there might be a syncing or permission issue between your Power Automate Desktop app and the Power Automate cloud service.

Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:
    1. Ensure that you are logged in with the correct account and have the necessary permissions. Here both login accounts match PA cloud and PAD app.

    1. Clear the cache of the Power Automate Desktop app (navigate to C:\Users\[YourUsername]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power Automate Desktop, and delete or rename the cache folder).

    1. If you can see the Bots in the cloud, but not in PAD, consider reinstalling Power Automate Desktop app to ensure no corruption issues.

Please let me know if it works, happy automating!

    Hi,

I am having the same problem. If I import a solution with desktop flows they appear in my Automate portal. If I create one using the portal when I save it in the desktop app it does not appear in the portal. I have made sure that it is the same user in the same environment it just does not appear. Here are some screenshots. I have an on-premise data gateway and I am an gateway admin in power platform admin centre. I have also cleared the cache like you recommended but this didn't work either. This means I cannot include them in a solution and export it to a different environment. Please advise
