Well, it depends how secure you need it.
Do you want:
A) No one, with any action, can EVER see someone elses entry, and it is VERY important that they remain secure.
Or.
B) Users land on a page and see only their own entries. They could, if they knew SharePoint, see others -- but it's likely that they won't go to that effort.
Because for A, you need permissioning, since you're the one creating everything. So individual security on each entry.
For B, you just need a view to filter on the "Person Who Submitted This" column to equal [Me].
So ... which is it?
