Forms - Post card in chat or channel, dynamic content

Hello Everyone,

First time posting a topic. I've seen many posts about this topic and have followed several suggestions to no avail.

I'm trying to create a Form and have it post the answer content into a Teams chat. I can get the questions to appear but when I try to  get the dynamic content to load I just get a blank space. I created a very simple form just to experiment. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Here is the sample I'm working with.

@93drew Since you are using the MS Form trigger and action—I'd recommend using the Classic Designer. The new designer is still buggy especially when using the MS Form trigger and action. Depending on the output of the question response you may need to parse it. You might find this tutorial helpful: How to Get a Microsoft Form RSVP Response into a SharePoint List

In this tutorial I do cover how to send the responses in an email. You can use the concepts covered in this section of the video and apply it to the Post card in a chat or channel action.
