End to end BPMN procees

Hello, i'm a freshman in Power Platform environment so sorry for newbie question.

Is it possible to create an app/set of components which will help me implement the following scenario:

1. Launch form on some kind of organisation's "processes portal". User should by recognized by domain credentials and all the data should be fetched from dataverse. (I guess it's possible by Power App).

2. Submiting the form should generate the task, which state should be possible to monitor. Each stage/step should be assigned to the certain group of interest. The data from the form and CRUD dataverse operations are important to me, as well as the business logic implementation (for example validations).

I've created a similiar application using:

1. Power App for form.

2. Power Automate - Automated cloud flow.

Unfortunately there is no access to comfortable assigning tasks to the groups there.

To recap, I think I am looking for an option of creating a Business process flow using Automated process flows as services. Is this scenario real?
