Creating flow to connect sharepoint to JIRA but having errors

I am creating a flow that creates a JIRA ticket once a new item has been created in the sharepoint list. it's a pretty straightforward flow but i am having issues creating it. this is the error i experienced.

Hi @Anonymous,

The error should be caused by the JIRA connection.

From the error message you posted, it seems the account you used with the JIRA connection doesn't have permission to use the Shared-JIRA API.

Please verify the JIRA account, make sure it has the proper permission to work with the API.
