Forcing canvas size instead of window size

Hi everyone, how can I permanently select the canvas size instead of window size? As you can see, the window size seems a bit off especially on the browser whereas canvas size in preview mode helps the app display correctly. Thanks in advance.

    @rbalza - Please use DesignWidth and DesignHeight (comes from app settings instead of window size) while designing the form
