Related Table DELETE - How to know the associated Item Deleted

If an item is deleted BUT is related to another table...how can I get the table information it was related to?

The delete trigger doesn't give me any information to the table it was related to.

I need to know that the item removed from the Downstream Applications List was related to the "Charge Off Macro" Record.

How can I get the related information from a deleted item?

Thanks,

Mark

    Hi,

You do not specify what is the back end. Gonna guess

But if its dataverse, AND when you say related, meaning there is an actual relationships column, then you can use that to figure out what its related too.

But there is no "hey show me all the lookups and tell me the table info" type situation. You have to know the table schema and know which column is a lookup and what table it points too.

Then you could do a List Rows on that table filtering by the relationship.

    Cheers

Sorry I should have been more specific...Dataverse.

OK, YES this is very confusing to explain...

Let's use Table "A" as an example in my screen shot as "Red" circle (Applications_Table)

The Purple circle lets call that Table "B" (Downsteam Applications).

Table "A" has a subgrid of Table "B"...showing ONLY related records in that subgrid.

Now, if an item is deleted from the Subgrid Table "B"...what I'm tring to figure out is that it was related to Table "A".

When the flow runs, I did add a Compose as you suggested in Step 1...but it only shows me the GUID of the item it deleted from Table "B"...I need to know that GUID item deleted from Table "B" was related to Table "A".

How can I determine from the Flow that the item deleted was related to Table "A"?

There is no information from the Flow / Delete results that I can use to determine it was related to Table "A"
