Sending all attachments on one row

Good morning,

I have had success creating an automate flow which iterates through rows of data in a spreadsheet and combines attachments based on a unique column criteria, before sending out one email with all associated attachments.

However, I have a table that on each row it lists the full filepath, but it could be a variable number of attachments and has them all as separate columns, for example:

Is there a way to use Power Automate to attach all filepaths associated with one row but ignore any blanks cells?

Kind regards

Ian

So are you saying you want to use the file path in the table above to then go an retrive the files and insert them into the email.  If not then you could go through the list of file paths and add them out an email.

That's correct, the first option. I'm looking to attach all documents in a row into one email and the documents are listed as the filepaths in each of the Invoice columns.

Yes you can then please see below:

Then go and find the files and attach them.  For my flow I used it to send 35 fee proposals off to a cleint that I used Word Template to generate from the Excel List.  As I can see you know about keeping the files in one place.  Maybe the below will help:

But as a suggestion if you transfer to keeping all the invoices in a SharePoint list thism akes things easier as you can store them in the attachment column.  That way you do not need the file path.

    I hope that helps.

    Great, thanks.

I'm playing around with moving the data to a sharepoint list. We don't really have sharepoint setup properly in our business, but i can export the excel sheet I use every day and include updating the sharepoint list in the same flow i'm trying to create. It definitely is easier.

I previously was trying to use the OneDrive actions, but they aren't as helpful.

Regarding your advices 'Then go and find the files and attach them.' How did you do that in your flow? I'm clear iterating through the rows and adding to the variable for those that match a unique criteria, but how do i do iterate through columns in the spreadsheet like my example above?

I think where my flow is different is I may have 10 attachments corresponding to a row of data, but based on certain criteria, such as age of invoice etc i only want to send say 6 out of the 10 attachments.
