i'm looking for a way, where we can send the email to site visitors from admin email id, is there a way where we can achieve this ?

i'm trying to create a flow to send the sharepoint site visitors whenever an item is created , but i don't see any useful trigger where we can get the list of users under sharepoint site visitors
