Error on response after re-submission

Hi,

 

I have created a Power flow with 2 outcomes - Approved and Rejected.

In the case of rejection, when I am submitting the workflow again after doing corrections, my flow is throwing error on either outcome rejected or approved.

I am getting an error message on flow -

 

"ErrorCode: Application_DialogException  A response has already been received.  CorrelationId:  830ffc3e-dd84-4b13-8257-1f5d0cc73710."

Has anyone else face this issue and resolved

    Hi @Anonymous 

     

    Can you share a screenshot of the flow? I think the approval ID or something is being mapped in the consecutive actions which is causing this error. If you can share the screenshots of the flow, we will be able to better identify the issue and help you with this.

    I recognised, it may be happening due to workflow step instance id. This may not be updating during reprocessing after update and resubmission.

    if it is so which other field we can pick for updating workflow status on Document (PO/PI)?

    Hi All,

     

    I have resolved this.

    Actually this was an issue with Flow test steps, where if you run a test from Flow itself. System will not pick new workflow reference number and keep updating previous record number.

    For test update, always create a new approval request from Business Central and it will work fine.

     

    Recommendations: run a new test each time.
