Hi all,

I don't know if any of you faced it. I create a flow which everytime when a sharepoint item is created will populate a template and create a file into a folder in sharepoint.

however when i run a test, the result is OK, but i get a fail status for the run.

The error states : A file with the name Shared Documents/Job changes files/test.docx already exists. It was last modified by i:0#.f|membership|u445019@gefco.net on 10 Aug 2020 07:07:25 -0700.

However the file isn't exist previously, it was create after the flow.

hi @Anonymous  its because you have an apply to each, this means that you are trying to populate 2 time and create a file 2 times and when you use create file you can create just 1 file you can't override it.

    Hi @Anonymous,

Could you please expand the setting of the Create file action?

I've removed the apply to each and it worked perfectly.

I also removed the get item step, as with the trigger ( when an item is created or updated on sharepoint list), returns all fields necessary to compose the new file.
