Thanks @HenryJammes for the confirmation on the feedback table. Regarding analytics, I have deployed and tested in custom website, still could not find any data.
The feedback table in Dataverse dates back from the Dynamics CRM days and has nothing to do with your chatbot.
Conversations from the test pane are not taken into account for analytics.
Can you try from the demo website or from a different channel?

In addition to this, I noticed that in Data verse, there is a table for feedback, but it is not capturing any data, also in the analytics customer satisfaction tab does not show any data even after testing feedback multiple times. Is there anything I should enable from my end in order to capture the same?
If you base your analytics on top of the ConversationTranscript table data in Dataverse, the CSAT score is captured in the CSATSurveyResponse property.
